Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by Aaron Grieve ("we," "us," or "our") through our Webflow design and development subscription business ("Services"). By subscribing to our Services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer unlimited Webflow design and development services for a fixed monthly fee. Our Services include but are not limited to:

• Webflow design
• Webflow development
• Website updates and maintenance
• Custom feature implementation

2. Subscription and Fees

• The subscription fee for our Services is £2,499 for Webflow Unlimited + and £1,799 for Webflow Unlimited per month.
• Payment is due in advance for each subscription period.
• Subscription renews automatically at the end of each subscription period unless canceled by the Client.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
• If the Client requests a full site design and development from scratch, there is a minimum term of three (3) months before cancellation is permitted.
• To cancel your subscription, you must provide written notice via email to aaron@aarongrieve.co.uk at least seven (4) days before the next billing cycle.

4. No Refunds

• All fees paid for the Services are non-refundable.
• This no-refund policy applies to any cancellation initiated by the Client, regardless of the time remaining in the subscription period.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback required for the completion of the Services in a timely manner.
• The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

6. Service Limitations

• We strive to complete all design and development tasks in a timely manner, but no specific timeframes or deadlines are guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to prioritize tasks based on their complexity and urgency.

7. Intellectual Property

• All design and development work created by us for the Client will be the property of the Client upon full payment of the applicable fees.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website.
• It is the Client’s responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) the Client’s use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
